Benjamin Nimako is a seasoned IT professional and business strategist with over 20 years of experience across Ghana and the United States. He currently serves as the Business Development Manager at HWS Technologies (formally Hapaweb Solutions), where he has led numerous web and software development projects since 2010. His portfolio includes key initiatives such as the Tullow Scholarship Scheme Database, Hapasis School Management Software, and the deployment of Google Apps for Education in institutions like the University of Ghana, UPSA, and various K–12 schools. Benjamin’s expertise spans project management, software development, and client relations, making him a driving force in digital transformation within the education and enterprise sectors.

Prior to his role at HWS Technologies, Benjamin held key positions in the U.S., including Communications Manager at the Society of Cost Estimating in Virginia, where he managed IT operations, publications, and large-scale conferences. He successfully implemented the society’s first electronic transaction system, serving over 500 participants. He also worked as a Network Engineer at Knowlogy Consulting and served as IT Manager at Bentsi-Enchill & Letsa in Ghana, where he upgraded the firm’s IT infrastructure and implemented an early legal ERP system. Benjamin is known for his innovative thinking, leadership in tech integration, and commitment to delivering impactful solutions.
