Albert Opoku

Albert Yaw Opoku is a technology and entrepreneurship professional with over 17 years of experience working across startups, multinationals, and development organizations. He is the Head of Web and Cloud Services at Hapaweb Solutions and a Co-founder of hapaSpace, where he has secured and managed projects exceeding $180,000. Albert has led cloud service operations, training programs for over 70,000 users, and developed web and mobile solutions, significantly increasing revenue and operational efficiency. His previous roles at the British Council spanned digital services and education, where he introduced impactful digital strategies and training across Africa, contributing to global CMS development and regional leadership in education programming.
Albert holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bath and a BSc in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. He is certified in Google Workspace, project management, and technology entrepreneurship. With deep technical skills in web and app development, cloud computing, and digital marketing, he also excels in leadership, communication, and training.
