The Youth Innovation Circles (YIC) programme, supported by UNDP, invites qualified and experienced event firms to submit proposals for the planning and execution of its 2025 Pitch & Demo Nights.
These high-profile events will showcase the innovations of young entrepreneurs across Ghana to potential investors, development partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
📍 Event Locations:
- Sunyani
- Kumasi
- Takoradi
Each event is expected to host at least 70 participants, including investors, stakeholders, media, and community leaders.
🧩 Scope of Work Includes:
- Venue sourcing and preparation
- Full event coordination and on-site management
- Catering services (including dietary options)
- Audio-visual equipment and technical support
- Design and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Procurement of awards and certificates
- Design and printing of event materials (e.g. name tags, agendas, signage)
- Post-event reporting and evaluation

Firms with experience in:
- Event management
- Working with non-profits or development-focused programmes
- Marketing and media engagement
- Coordinating logistics across multiple locations
Applicants must also demonstrate financial transparency, inclusivity, and adherence to accessibility standards.
