Rita Krampah

Rita Krampah is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Banking and Financial Management. She has held key roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Customer Services Manager and Retail Banking Training Officer, and served as Manager at the KNUST branch. Rita is also the Co-founder and General Manager of Paradyse Clinic and Home Care for the Elderly in Ejisu. With a strong background in entrepreneurship coaching, she has worked with organizations like The Fabulous Woman Network, British Council/GiZ, and Hapaspace Hub, empowering hundreds of startups and leading training sessions in emotional intelligence, customer relationship management, and financial literacy.
A dynamic corporate trainer and speaker, Rita regularly engages audiences at conferences, on radio, and in community development spaces. She has facilitated programs for NABCO, NEIP, GRIDCo, and GIZ, among others. Rita holds a BSc in Managerial Science from KNUST and has earned numerous professional certifications in organizational development, personal finance, and adult learning.
